If your luggage is not presented on the arrival carousel, you should go to our ground handler's "Lost & Found Counter" and report the luggage as missing. In most cases, the traveler will need to fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), a document containing information and details about the delay, loss (including missing items), or damage to the luggage as a result of transportation. Our luggage Tracing Agent will ask you for some information, such as the "Passenger Name Record" (PNR), which usually consists of numbers and letters and contains your "Booking Reference and baggage ticket, which are attached to the back of the boarding pass. Please make sure to report missing luggage before leaving the airport.
